For MS&C, business success and social engagement go hand-in-hand. We believe that simply improving our clients’ productivity or sales revenue is only half the story. This is why we support a range of projects in the community with our Matching Funds Programme, which doubles any private donation made by our staff to non profit organisations. For a number of years now, MS&C has dispensed with gift-giving to corporate partners at Christmas and has instead made donations to a range of trusts and charitable associations.

Our community partners are the children and youth aid schemes "Die Arche e.V.", "BOOKBRIDGE"and Caritas Kinderdorf Irschenberg. For all three societies, MS&C offers not only financial help but also pro bono work and personal engagement.

For our pro bono projects, we at MS&C offer our consultancy expertise free of charge or at greatly reduced daily rates, thus enabling us to assist institutions that have a need for our services but who would otherwise be unable to afford them. The personal initiative of our employees is very high in this area.
